Collective Agreement

All CUPE 3014 members work under the protection of a contract called a collective agreement. Our collective agreement sets out your rights and responsibilities at work. Our union bargains the terms of the agreement. Elected local union leaders also work with the employer to resolve problems in the workplace.

If you have questions about your rights at work, the best person to talk to is your steward or member of the executive.

Bylaws

Our bylaws set out the rules for how our local democratically elects our representatives, and how it is run.

Pension

CUPE 3014 members have pensions provided through the OMERS pension plan.  If you have questions about your pension, or whether you should be eligible to participate in the plan, please talk to your steward or a member of the executive.
